Privacy policy

• Racing data. Racecards, runners, model ratings, finishing positions, starting prices and published tipster selections. None of this is personal data.
• Your watchlist. If you save horses to a watchlist it is held in your own browser storage on your device.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, to keep the service running and secure.

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, we do not run advertising or third-party tracking pixels, and we do not build marketing profiles. There are no user accounts, so we hold no names, email addresses or payment details.

We use only what is strictly necessary for the site to function, plus your browser's local storage to remember your watchlist and page preferences. No advertising or analytics cookies are set, so no cookie consent banner is required. Clearing your browser storage removes this data.

Where any personal data is processed, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. Server logs are retained for a short period by the hosting provider. Racing and performance records are kept indefinitely because the value of the record is its history.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Because we hold no accounts there is normally nothing to return, but requests can be sent through the contact route given on the site.
