Privacy policy

• Your account and email choices. We hold your account email and optional name. For daily-results emails we record your explicit consent or withdrawal, account email, date and the wording you agreed to. This consent is separate from account registration, Power Six and updates or offers.
• Racing data. Racecards, runners, model ratings, finishing positions, starting prices and published tipster selections. None of this is personal data.
• Your watchlist. If you save horses to a watchlist it is held in your own browser storage on your device.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, to keep the service running and secure.

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, we do not run advertising or third-party tracking pixels, and we do not build marketing profiles. There are no payment details are collected for a free account.

Daily-results emails are optional and based on your consent. No existing account is automatically enrolled. You can save or withdraw your choice in Email preferences without losing account access. Subscriber sending is currently disabled. Brevo is our intended provider for these summaries; provider unsubscribe and delivery safeguards must be verified before sending begins. We retain consent history to evidence your choices and honour withdrawals; requests about retention or deletion can be made through our contact page.

We use only what is strictly necessary for the site to function, plus your browser's local storage to remember your watchlist and page preferences. No advertising or analytics cookies are set, so no cookie consent banner is required. Clearing your browser storage removes this data.

Account data is processed to provide your account; optional daily-results email consent is processed on the basis of consent. Our legitimate interest covers operating and securing the service. Server logs are retained for a short period by the hosting provider. Racing and performance records are kept indefinitely because the value of the record is its history.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Requests can be sent through the contact route given on the site.
