FormIQ Racing is an information and statistical analysis service. It publishes model-generated win probabilities for declared horse races in Great Britain and Ireland, together with a public record of how those probabilities performed. It is provided for research, education and entertainment.

• It is not betting or gambling advice, and it is not a tipping service.
• It does not accept, place, broker or settle any bet, and holds no money.
• It is not regulated financial advice and nothing here is a recommendation to stake money.
• No outcome is guaranteed. The highest-rated horse in a race loses far more often than it wins.

You must be 18 or over to use this site. Gambling is restricted to adults, and the site is intended for users in jurisdictions where accessing racing analysis is lawful. It is your responsibility to comply with your local law.

Racecards, results, starting prices and tipster selections are sourced from third parties. We make reasonable efforts to display them faithfully, but we do not warrant that they are accurate, complete or up to date. Feeds can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Official results are published by the relevant racing authority; where a race is subject to a stewards' enquiry or objection, we hold the result open until it is declared official.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not scrape it at scale, resell the content, attempt to disrupt the service, or present its output as your own tipping product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for any loss — including gambling losses — arising from use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any staking figures shown are hypothetical paper records, not statements of money won or lost by anyone.

We may change the site, the model or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
